Finding the Building:
Turn into the driveway next to McDonald’s (16440 Bernardo Center Dr).
Follow the road straight toward the back of the office complex.
At the end of the road, turn right.
You will see the office buildings labeled 16466 and 16486.
Parking is available throughout the lot surrounding these buildings.
Getting to the Office:
Enter the 16486 building.
Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
When you exit the elevator, turn right.
Continue around the next corner and walk to the end of the hallway.
Suite 348 will be on your right.
Please note: The suite is currently labeled “The Practice.” A Pelvitone Physical Therapy sign will be installed soon.
